Our line of business

The core of our business is project engineering. We organise the full project execution process, from analysing the terms of reference to measuring outcomes.

 

 

FEI provides integrated service, based on expertise and covering all of the technical, financial, legal, economic and social aspects of the often-complex mechanics of implementing projects and programmes.

 

FEI’s action before, during and after project execution includes:
