We have opted for a pluridisciplinary and multicultural approach. FEI recruits experts of all nationalities from among the ranks of civil servants, public officials, private sector consultants or employees in France, Europe, and the northern and southern hemispheres.

Packaging projects

FEI is at the heart of a network of partners and can call on consortia of government agencies, administrations, private sector corporations, consultancies and entities in France, Europe and other countries. FEI also represents France in the European Economic Interest Grouping, Eunida, the European Network of Implementing Development Agencies.

Using a wide range of tools

In our work, we use modern and effective management tools and procedures. FEI is accredited by the European Union for centralised indirect management of Community funds.

Administrative and financial independence

FEI is an unsubsidised public establishment that does business on market terms. FEI performs its work under a contract setting out mutual obligations that guarantees clients full disclosure of costs.
